A cooperatively-governed house-exchange network. Three founders. Twelve cities at launch. One rule: your home is yours, and the person who borrows it is responsible.
- Mission
- Make travel direct. Cut out the chain of intermediaries between a person who has a place and a person who needs one.
- Model
- Members swap homes 1:1. A €50 deposit is held in escrow. 10% of that fee funds platform operations and dispute resolution.
- Governance
- Hosts elect three rotating moderators per region. Decisions are recorded publicly. Disputes are mediated, not arbitrated.
- Data
- We do not sell your name, your address, or your travel history. The platform earns from the deposit fee. That is the only line.
- Origin
- Started in 2024 by a translator, a builder, and a former hotel concierge tired of watching cities turn into rentals.
- Limits
- We are not insurance. We are not a hotel. We are not your friend's couch. Read the Terms of Service before you exchange.
